[Malaysia] 30th November 2021 – Bridge Data Centres, one of the region’s key data centre service providers, headquartered in Singapore, has announced that its new data centre (MY06), the largest of its kind in Malaysia, is underway in Johor, with Phase 1 set for service towards the end of 2022, and Phase 2 expected to be completed shortly thereafter.

Approximated at 40 acres of land area, the hyperscale campus spans three buildings and will operate at a combined capacity of 100 MW IT Load. This hyperscale campus is strategically located within Kidex Sedenak, the jewel component of the larger 7,290 acres of the Sedenak Technology Valley.
With this development, Bridge Data Centres continue their commitment to investing in the growing Malaysian Data Centre Economy, as the Malaysian government announces its aims to achieve 50% cloud adoption through cloud data centers in Malaysia by 2024, in line with the projections for 5G adoption across the nation.
