Cloud Service Provider Pax8 has acquired Umbrellar, a provider of Microsoft cloud solutions with a focus on services that provides over 1,000 New Zealand companies with cloud managed services, migration, advisory services, and cloud procurement.

Hence, with the acquisition, Pax8 can enter the New Zealand market and empower its rapidly expanding partner network to hasten digital transformation both domestically and internationally.
