LG CNS, a subsidiary of LG Corporation, has begun delivering AM Discovery, a service that allows its cloud computing clients to use the latest cloud technology, according to the IT service arm of LG Group.
According to the company, it held a conference to introduce its AM Discovery service. Application modernization is referred to as AM. The service creates and improves apps utilizing cutting-edge cloud technology to satisfy the needs of customers.
New services or products customized to consumers’ demands can be promptly reflected in their IT system using the AM service. It also reduces the likelihood of functional failures because just the damaged service may be repaired separately, LG CNS said.
Moreover, LG CNS stated that its AM Discovery service may alleviate customer problem points because it incorporates three unique programs: AM advising, innovation launching, and AM enablement.
AM consulting is a service offered to customers who want to incorporate AM into their existing IT systems. LG CNS AM professionals assist their clients in identifying areas where AM can be implemented.
Customers that want to benchmark certain services in the same industry or launch new services can use the innovation launching program.
LG CNS assists its customers in identifying pain points and designing scenarios for new services. Following that, LG CNS creates a prototype model to see whether its customer technologies can be applied to the new service and allows its customers to test the prototype model.
Furthermore, the AM enablement program, according to the company, is meant for its customers that wish to embrace cloud computing but lack technical capability and experience.
