- Ticket prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to change without prior notice.
- Free tickets may be subject to approval and DCIS reserves the right to decline any registration.
- Registered attendees may be required to present valid identification at the event venue.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a full refund minus administrative fees.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the event.
- DCIS reserves the right to cancel or postpone events due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case attendees will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future event.
5. Sponsorship Terms
Sponsorship agreements are governed by separate contracts between DCIS and the sponsoring organisation. General enquiries regarding sponsorship can be submitted through our website. All sponsorship commitments are binding once confirmed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of DCIS or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
