Bankai Group and Connect Arabia International partner for International Voice business

Bankai Group and Connect Arabia International (CAI) from Sultanate of Oman, popularly known as Connect-I have partnered for International Voice business.

The contract first came into effect on January 15, 2022, all international Voice traffic going into Oman through Connect-I will be redirected through Bankai Group or its entities (Broadband Telecom, BridgeVoice, Inc. or Bankai International Pvt Ltd).

This arrangement will enable Connect-I to focus on its core domain of Retail Business within Oman while they leverage Bankai Group’s expertise to manage their international activities, the company said in a LinkedIn.

“We are happy to announce the beginning of this long-term partnership between both the organisations. CAI urges all its existing customers and upcoming prospects to get in touch with Bankai Group for re-directing your Oman Voice Traffic and enjoy the top-class services for your termination needs,” said Saleh Al – Khaldi, Chief Technology Officer, Connect Arabia International.

“This partnership is crucial for the consolidation and increment of voice business into Oman and there could not be a better partner than Connect Arabia International (CAI). We look forward to bringing the next-generation voice experience in Oman,” said Nicky Peshwani, Vice President, Bankai Group.
