Empyrion Digital inks MOU with CypressTel to anchor connectivity in Asia

Singapore-based data center developer and operator Empyrion Digital announced recently that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Cypress Telecom Limited and its affiliate DataShell to provide low-latency network services and interconnection-ready data centre capacity across Asia. CypressTel is a carrier-neutral global network service provider. Under the terms of the MOU, CypressTel will have data centre capacity optionality with Empyrion Digital’s bid for its second data centre in Singapore.

Additionally, the MOU states that Empyrion will provide data centre capacity to CypressTel at one of Empyrion’s upcoming North Asia projects.
