This September, W.Media is going all out to make our annual Dubai sojourn extra special. We are coming back to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for our most power-packed industry convention yet – this is going to be a hat-trick!
First, we will be hosting the fourth edition of the Dubai Cloud & Datacenter Convention (CDC), one of our most anticipated and successful annual conferences spotlighting the cloud and data center industry across Middle East and North Africa (MENA). This day-long event will be held at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, Dubai on September 11, 2025 with over 1,000 delegates from the digital infrastructure industry including C-suite executives, business leaders, key buyers, experts, architects, engineers and consultants in attendance.
Simultaneously, we will also host Interconnect World Dubai, a premier convention showcasing the region’s connectivity ecosystem players including representatives and leaders from leading telcos, ISPs, and IXs, alongside TMT investors, government agencies as well as decision makers from enterprise customers of telco and network services and equipment.
Dubai CDC and Interconnect World will see a series of panel discussions where senior leaders, industry experts and veterans will share their wisdom. Apart from the plenary sessions, there will also be a series of technology presentations and a modest technology expo in an exhibition area. This is also where we will host CenterStage, a series of fireside chats and more intimate conversations with technology experts in a semi-formal environment.

The day will conclude in a glittering ceremony for W.Media’s Middle East Awards, where we honour top technology business leaders, and some of the most innovative projects from the region’s digital infrastructure industry. W.Media’s Cloud & Datacenter Awards encourage industry transformation and innovation, by recognising expertise, experience, and excellence.
The Middle East is home to powerhouse digital infrastructure markets in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Apart from this there are strong emerging markets in Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. The Middle East Awards not only recognise and reward talent from the Middle East’s vibrant cloud and data center industry; this year onwards, we have also included categories recognising talent from the connectivity ecosystem. This year, W.Media’s Middle East Awards will be given out in 16 categories, spread across three pillars: projects, planet and people.
