Thailand’s digital economy is on the rise, and the infrastructure supporting it is expanding faster than ever. As data center capacity is projected to triple within three years and the market is expected to surpass US$ 1.5 billion by 2030, industry leaders are converging in Bangkok this November for the Thailand Cloud and Datacenter Convention 2025 (THCDC 2025).
Organized by w.media, the region’s leading digital infrastructure platform, the convention will take place on November 13, 2025 at Centara Grand, Bangkok. The theme this year is:
“Advancing Thailand’s Cloud and Datacenter Future: Leading with AI, Securing Data, and Innovating Sustainability.”
Driving Thailand’s AI Era
THCDC 2025 will unite over 1,500 senior professionals, over 70 expert speakers, and over 50 sponsors and exhibitors, bringing together leaders from data center operators, hyperscalers, enterprises, investors, regulators, and solution providers.
The convention will explore critical developments shaping Thailand’s digital ecosystem, from AI-driven infrastructure and the adoption of green energy to cybersecurity, connectivity, and regulatory frameworks that support national competitiveness.
“Thailand’s digital infrastructure evolution reflects not just capacity expansion but a transformation toward smarter, sustainable, and AI-ready systems,” said Yvonne Leong, General Manager, Southeast Asia, w.media. “THCDC 2025 aims to showcase how the country is leading in innovation while aligning with global sustainability goals,” she added.
In an exclusive interview with w.media on Oct. 6, speaker Dr. Thiti Vacharasintopchai, CISA, Director – Smart Solutions at TCC Technology Company Limited, said that data centers are a big business especially for design, engineering, and construction firms. He also said that public and private are both active in this area and that Thailand is quite ready in terms of natural resources, policy, manpower, and incentives.
“CDC brings together all the professionals in the ecosystem, the policy makers, owners, investors, consultants – all the key stakeholders involved in building the data centers and also the end users that can leverage digital aspects in their work. CDC is one of the most complete and biggest gatherings in the region,” he concluded.
