China Data Center Committee (CDCC) is a standards and technology organization formed to promote national standards, develop technical white papers, conduct research on today’s important topics while offering project consulting, market research and other related services, which serves the ultimate mission of increasing the level of standardization and generally promoting the overall progress of the data center market and technology.

The China Data Center Committee was established in March 2009, as a branch of the Information Communications Professional Committee of the China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization. Zhong Jinghua, Deputy Chief Engineer of China Electronics Engineering Design Institute (CEEDI), acts as the director of the China Data Center Committee. By March 2018, the CDCC has altogether more than 200 mumber enterprise organizations and nearly 100 experts.
