UK Managed services provider Redcentric has agreed to sell its data center business, Redcentric Data Center Limited, to Stellanor Datacenters Group, supported by DWS Group, for £127 million (US$ 170 million).

The transaction includes all eight of Redcentric’s UK data centers totaling 41MW of capacity. The deal was announced on Thursday, and is designed to strengthen Redcentric’s balance sheet, return capital to shareholders, and support growth in its managed IT services arm. Stellanor currently operates two London facilities, and this recent acquisition bolsters its expansion plans in the UK.

Stephen Scott, CEO, Stellanor said, “RDC brings exceptional infrastructure and a strong customer base that will accelerate our mission to build a leading UK data center platform.”

DWS Group’s infrastructure partner Aparna Narain said, “The acquisition of RDC by Stellanor represents a transformative step in expanding our UK footprint with high-quality, strategically located assets with 23MW of secured grid capacity and a blue-chip customer base.”

Further updates on the timing and final consideration are expected to be announced in due course. Completion is expected by May 2026, subject to regulatory and contractual approvals, with final adjustments due by June.
