Equinix, a digital infrastructure company, has released its financial results for the third quarter of 2026. The company has also raised its full year guidance for the third consecutive quarter, based on strong operating and financial performance.

Moving into the fourth quarter, Equinix anticipates revenues to range between US$ 2.684 billion and US$ 2.724 billion and between US$ 10.325 billion and US$ 10.365 billion for the full year, up from between US$ 10.205 billion and US$ 10.285 billion as previously guided according to a press release.

“Our Q3 results and raised full-year guidance reflect the differentiated position and growing importance of Equinix,” said Adaire Fox-Martin, Equinix President and Chief Executive Officer. “We delivered double-digit growth across the key metrics that drive long-term value creation, including interconnection and monthly recurring revenue, and we accelerated capacity to meet broad-based demand.”

During an earnings call, Fox-Martin reported that Equinix had executed more than 25,000 transactions across more than 3,200 customers. She added that pricing on new deals was up 12 percent year over year in the quarter. Interconnection revenue grew 10 percent while the Equinix Fabric platform saw revenues climb 24 percent.

“We have significantly increased the number of cabinets we initially plan to deliver in the second half of this year, and we now expect to exceed our retail capacity plan for the full year by nearly 40 percent. We expect more than 13,000 cabinets in Q4, our highest quarter of delivery on record and more than 20 percent of that Q4 capacity has been presold,” said Fox-Martin.

Other highlights from the quarter include 6,900 net interconnections. The company also introduced Fabric One, an any-to-any connectivity service designed to simplify how enterprises connect distributed cloud, network, and AI environments, and announced the Equinix Inference Exchange in collaboration with NVIDIA and Together AI.

The company said it has 3 GW of developable capacity in the pipeline, around 80 percent of which is in its top 25 metros. On top of that, the recent US$ 4 billion atNorth acquisition with CPP Investments increases that development pipeline by 800 MW, expected to come online over the next five years, with a potential gigawatt expansion in the future.
