With 15 years in telecommunications, custom software and banking industries as developer and project manager, Wong Siew Hui has been spearheading or directly involved in multiple transformation projects in Maybank these last 5 years. Her current portfolio of Regional IT Project Management in Maybank Kim Eng extends her transformation scope and experience to 10 countries which has Maybank Kim Eng presence. She is a keen advocate of diversity and women in technology as her team has 60% women colleagues and she is one of the two IT leaders selected for Maybank’s inaugural Advancing Women Leaders Programme (AWLP) and the Accelerate Leadership Programme of 2017.  She leads the tech and operations pillar of MaybankHeart (www.maybankheart.com), Maybank’s peer-to-peer fundraising platform under a rotating basis for a year. During her free time, she indulges in watersports especially dragonboating and Wing Chun martial arts (but don’t take her up on that!)
