Over the last two decades, Vineeta has emerged as a National level public policy expert with excellent skills in the public sphere, which includes; thought leadership, policy formulation and dissemination, community building, public addresses, conflict management, management of multi varied stakeholders at the National and international level. She has over the years, with her academic training and professional experience, developed unique capabilities of evolving strategies for public management and policy in multi disciplinary sectors, with abilities for trouble shooting for the most complex public administration and policy challenges.
After a decade of working in senior management roles in the public and private sectors in India, her mid career training from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore during 2010-11, in Public Administration and Policy, was a game changer and gave her a wide perspective on policy making with a focus on South East Asia.
Post her training, since 2012, she has been with bilateral and multilateral institutions, such as DFID and World Bank, engaging with the senior most bureaucracy and political leadership in policy formulation and leading the implementation of several flagship programmes, in different Ministries of Government of India.
Vineeta has also been a member on several strategic committees with the Government of India. She was the president and founder of the India alumni chapter of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. She is also invited as a public speaker and as a guest faculty in her alma mater- School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and other eminent institutions in the country.
She believes in effecting change and transformation and has the necessary 360 degree skills to bring this about on a scale as large as India.
