Ujjyaini Mitra is a Senior Executive with 14 years of rich Leadership
experience in establishing Data as a Culture at large organizations,
successfully building and leading Centre of Excellence through creative
methods, leading business strategies through data driven actionable Insights. She holds a postgraduate degree Quantitative Econometrics, Statistics and Computer Science from ISI, Kolkata.

Her work experience is spread over the Globe across industries – Digital Media, E-commerce, Telecom, CPG, Healthcare, Retail Banking, Travel & Hoteling Business – both B2C and B2B. Previously she has been associated with companies like ZEE5, Voot, Flipkart, Airtel and McKinsey & Company.

At Zee, as Chief Data Officer, she is building Centre of Excellence for ZEE spanning across Broadcast, Digital, Movies and Music – both Domestic & Global businesses. Her works spans across Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Predictive and Prescriptive Modelling, Artificial Intelligence, Market Research & Digital lab and Large data infrastructure to build Customer 360 with Data governance.

Ujjyaini is working to embed science in the field of Art – in taking content decisions, concept generation, production to postproduction, hyper-personalised communication, Contextual Ad serving through Artificial Intelligence and Neuro Science. She is leading the team that collectively serves the single source of truth and answers Who, What, How and Why of the Business strategies.
