Mohammad Fairus Khalid is a Principal Engineer in the Advanced Computing Lab, MIMOS BERHAD. Amongst his role is to provide technical direction, design and implementation of system software in Grid, Cloud and Distributed Computing to the organization. He is also advising the deployment of MIMOS Cloud technologies in various entities for both private and public consumption in the country. His other responsibility is leading a group of researchers in the same area. He has more than 6 patents with either in pending or filed status.He has vast working experience with various roles and responsibilities within the software and system development in multinational and local companies. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from New York University and master in Distributed Computing from University Putra Malaysia.
