An IIT alumnus, Manish is a keen Technical Architect and Strategic Business Leader with global reach having 20+ years of rich experience in Design, Consulting, Engineering and Program/Project Management of Digital, Critical Infrastructure and Smart Sustainable Build Environments.
His experience covers sectors like Hi-Tech, Data Center, Power & Energy, Logistics; Integrated Transit based Commerical Developments , Future ready Corporate offices, Life sciences, Research Facilities, Smart Hospitality and Advance Manufacturing Faciliites.
He has worked across Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia Pacific and India, leading complex and cross functional global Integrated teams/services to win and deliver stakeholders expectations around accommodative humane ecosystem.
With balanced skills around CAPEX/OPEX optimization, stakeholder management and corporate strategy blended to hands on technical knowledge , he has been able to build and manage 500+ people teams. He has managed successful turnarounds and transitions both in linear and matrix structure organisations.
He is always looking at practical application of blending human capital, technology and lean process like Digital, BIM, IOT, Artificial Intelligence, performance led Generative Design, Manufacturing for Buildings, Digital Project Engineering & Construction Management, Smart Asset Control on projects for improved productivity in sustainable environment respecting ROI.
He has been champion of Design led Digital Integrated Delivery and DFMA ( Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) to build and manage smartly.
Prior to joining AECOM, Manish has learnt from and shared his insights with global mindset organizations like Siemens AG, Laing O’ Rourke and EY (Ernst and Young).
He was founding partner and CEO of a Successful Digital Engineering Startup prior to joining AECOM.
