Mr Low Kum Seng has more than 20 years of ICT experience spanning across diverse portfolios such as  turnkey project development, sales and product management including working in Singtel, Starhub and NCS Group. He is currently responsible for strategic product marketing efforts for entire suite of services in South-East Asia including MPLS, managed security and cloud services. Mr Low holds the Bachelor of Science from National University of Singapore and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Birmingham.
