Khan Muhammad Fuad Bin Enayet (or simply, Fuad Enayet) has been working in Felicity IDC Limited since March, 2019 (Internet Data Centre), prior to his spell in Fiber@Home Limited from February, 2016 to February, 2019 (Network Service Provider). He has been an ex-officio for Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (ICT Regulator in Bangladesh), from August, 2008 to January, 2016; prior to his short-term tenures with RAK Pharmaceuticals. He is an active ICT Professional since early 2008. He can professionally communicate in Bangla and English with basic skills of French. And, a common face in APNIC, saNOG, bdNOG, ITU and APT events.

 He has completed his Master of Science in Communication Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma in Development Planning and Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Apart from the academic credentials, he has completed few professional certification on Data Centre Facility (i.e. CDCE, CTIA, ATD, CDFOM, CDMS) and other ICT related tracks. He is a member of bdNOG, ISOC (Bangladesh Chapter), IEB and ITU (TIES)
