Kasem Nincharoen is an EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR and Technical Director of Acumen Consulting Bangkok, Thailand. He has over over 23 years’ experience in feasibility studies, full design documents, project management and construction management of mission critical infrastructure systems both in Thailand and Overseas. Kasem has extensive experience with technical complex projects such as data center, critical facilities infrastructure, clean room, electronic semi-conductor, industrial, department store, hotel, residential high-rise buildings, master plan, feasibility study, and commercial fitout projects. 

Kasem is an Accredited Tier Designer and Accredited Tier Specialist from the Uptime Institute and registered APEC Electrical Engineer. He has just completed the design of the NSTDA Thailand Supercomputer Center (HPC Data Center) Tier 3, Genesis Data Center. Uptime Certified TCCD,TCCF Tier III, True IDC Data Center Bangna. Uptime Certified TCCD, TCCF Tier III, U Data Center, Tier 3 Certificated – Energy Conservation Building Award in 2019, Green Mark Platinum Rating, Mahidol University International college (MUIC) Data Center, Tier 3, S-Thailand Data Center, Uptime Certified TCCD Tier IV, PTT New Data Center, TIER IV facilities, the Faxlite Data Center in Thailand, Tier 3 facilities and the SEC Data Center in Thailand Tier 3. 

The current project is working on Thailand New Data Center, Total area 30,000 m2, Tier III facilities.
