Director of Regional Public Policy and Research | Grab
Annabella Ng is Director of Regional Public Policy and Research at Grab. In her role, she leads strategic advisory efforts on public policy issues that are common across Grab’s eight markets of operation in Southeast Asia, and manages Grab’s relationships with relevant government, public and community stakeholders. At Grab, she started and built the Public Affairs team for Singapore, where she led advocacy efforts contributing to the development of regulations appropriate for digital platforms.
After transitioning to the regional portfolio, she led Grab’s engagement and partnership with a wider stakeholder group, including the World Economic Forum and Microsoft Philanthropies team. Prior to Grab, she worked in the Singapore Ministry of Defense and in the non-profit sector in Indonesia and the Middle East. Annabella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Asian Studies from Cornell University, and a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
