Shehara is a technology thought leader and industry specialist who has over 18 years of experience in business-driven digital solutions, with a strong focus on cloud and applications.
Throughout her career, she has delivered customer-centric strategic solutions that produce significant revenue growth in new markets across Multi-National Corporations, Enterprise, Government, SMB and Service Provider sectors. Shehara has a track record of driving change in companies to build capability across multiple business units to adopt and take new technology to market from inception. She has a wealth of experience in driving change within businesses to adopt a variety of technology capability as well as Design Thinking, Agile and Rapid Delivery frameworks.

At Cisco Shehara is a Lead Advisor in Asia-Pacific, Japan, and China. She works with customers to optimize their cloud and digital environments, helping them build technology strategies and program development, process improvements and changes, toolset development, digital services and transformation. She focuses on helping customer solve their business problems in unique and effective ways. Shehara is also the Treasurer of the Asia Cloud Computing Association (ACCA), and a frequent speaker and panel member at Technology and Digital Thought Leadership events.
Prior to Cisco, she spent nearly a decade working with Telstra where she spearheaded the global strategy and delivered a market leading and unique offering in Asia’s highly competitive cloud market. In recognition of her strategy and execution, Telstra was recognized and awarded multiple hybrid multi-cloud awards and was named by Gartner as a Challenger in the regional Managed Cloud market.
Her previous roles included Planning and Strategy Manager at SingTel/Optus, and Senior Product Manager at Macquarie Telecom. Working in Data Centre, Storage, Security, Managed Hosting, and Application roles.
She is also driven to build awareness for women in technology, and she is committed to upskill and train
people of all ages on the concepts and opportunities available. Shehara voluntarily teaches cloud computing, artificial intelligence and blockchain at the Singapore Council of Women’s Organizations IT Hub.

Mike studied at National Chiao Tung University in HsinChu, Taiwan, which is the branch college of
Chiao Tung University in Shang-Hai and Xi-An, and graduated as Bachelor of Electronic and
Communication Engineering in 2004 and Master of Communication Engineering in 2006.

In 2007, he joined Mediatek in Taiwan, the top 2 biggest IC design house over the world and was
responsible for the DSP (digital signal processor) architecture and GPS algorithm. This product is
successfully adopted by Garmin and other reputable GPS Navigators.

In 2009, he was responsible for RF digital Infrastructure for a 4-in-1 IC (WiFi + Bluetooth + GPS +
FM). His RF digital infrastructure contributed the most power saving GPS IC and publish an ISSCC
journal paper, which is the most reputable journal in IC industry.

In 2010, he joined WTI to build marketing team for WinBus Busduct. Nowadays, WinBus is already
a leader of busbar trunking system in global market. This product has been accepted globally and
successfully installed in various prestigious projects in Taiwan, Singapore as well as around the
world. He will continue to expand this success with his partners to more customers and countries.

Kok Chye is the Head of Global Strategy and Investments for Keppel Data Centers, a regional data center owner and operator with over 20 data centers spread across APAC and EMEA region.  He has over 20 years of international experience in telecoms, data center and submarine cable development projects.

Kok Chye joined Keppel in 2011 as senior finance manager and went on to assume the data center investment role in 2014.  Since then, he has helped to grow the company’s data center presence in APAC and EMEA as well as expanding into new markets such as Netherlands, Germany and Indonesia.  Before that, Kok Chye spent more than 10 years in a number of finance and management roles at SingTel, one of Asia’s leading telecommunications company.

Kok Chye holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and graduated from the Sloan Fellows program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business with a Master of Science in Management.

Chang Cho

Chang is the founder of Onion Technology, a leading DCIM solution provider in Korea over a decade. Onion Technology, founded in 2000, is well known in the Korean data center industry as a unified monitoring/control/management of data center infrastructure of most major large scale data centers including Korea Telecom, SK Telecom, LG U+, Samsung, Lotte and Posco.

Along with 15+ years of data center experience, Chang has profound knowledge of data center construction and operation. He is a technical board member of Green Data Center Certificate which is an organization authorized by the Korean government to bestow awards upon energy efficient data centers in the country. He has been investigated PUE and architecture almost every big data center in Korea as a judge for certificate award. Recently, he joined KDCC (Korea Data Center Council) as a board member to promote the Korean data center industry.

Chang has also been leading many Korean government R&D projects for innovative and disruptive data center technologies. Last November, he got an award for the most successful R&D accomplishment from ‘Ministry of Science and ICT’.

Chang started his career in 1991 as a software engineer after graduating from Seoul National University with a master degree of computer science. After nearly 10 years’ experience as a software engineer, he moved to HP Korea as a senior consultant in 1999. He jumped on the bandwagon of the IT startup rush in Korea with a monitoring software for IT devices that conducted health checks. It was transformed and evolved into DCIM after several years as requirements for M&E infra monitoring has risen up.

In August 2017, he established Onion Technology Pte Ltd in Singapore to expand business into Singapore and the SE Asia market.
