Nvidia and Foxconn Forge Alliance to Drive AI Revolution with Cutting-Edge Data Centers

Nvidia, the U.S.-based chip manufacturer, is strengthening its collaboration with Foxconn Technology Group with the goal of pioneering a new category of data centers and systems aimed at advancing the AI revolution.

This partnership was revealed by Nvidia’s CEO, Jensen Huang, and Foxconn’s counterpart, Young Liu, during the Hon Hai Tech Day in Taipei. This strategic alliance signifies Nvidia’s strategic move to tap into the rapidly growing market for AI hardware and applications.

Nvidia envisions Foxconn utilizing its technology to construct data centers that can facilitate various tasks, ranging from digitizing manufacturing and inspection processes to powering AI-driven electric vehicles and robotics platforms. Additionally, the collaboration will explore the integration of language-based generative AI services.

Under this partnership, Foxconn’s clients will have access to Nvidia’s technology, enabling them to provide generative AI services and leverage simulations to accelerate the training of autonomous systems such as industrial robots and self-driving cars.

Recently, Nvidia and Foxconn also announced they’re teaming up to turbocharge their autonomous vehicle game and take on Tesla.
