Cloud is all the rage these days – workflow automation services provider Nintex announced new added features and enhancements to its signature process management platform Nintex Workflow Cloud.
Nintex Workflow Cloud now supports Microsoft SharePoint’s two features: SharePoint Online Events and SharePoint Connector.
“Our latest Nintex Workflow Cloud innovations underscore our commitment to put the power of easy-to-use software in the hands of people who love to improve processes and automate work across every organisation,” said Nintex Chief Product Officer, Neal Gottsacker.
Besides Microsoft SharePoint, cloud services including Microsoft 365, Google Cloud, and Salesforce are now also integrated.
Nintex Workflow Cloud has also launched an online process accelerator gallery, offering businesses free templates to download to kickstart automation in different departments such as customer service, finance, human resources, sales and marketing, and IT.
With the latest upgrades, Nintex users are now able to grow their business at a greater scale.
“We’re excited to see organisations in nearly every industry achieving rapid digital transformation by visually mapping, quickly automating, and continuously optimizing processes and workflows,” said Mr. Gottsacker.
Tech giants such as Zoom have found success with Nintex Workflow Cloud.
“The amount of manual touches we needed was very difficult for us even at the lower, pre-COVID-19 volume. Now, we’re not only keeping up with much higher volume, but sending auto-confirmations to partners consistently and in real-time, as opposed to taking up to three days,” said Yesenia Orozco, Channel Operations Manager at Zoom.
The National Gallery in Singapore also adopted these cloud-based technologies during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Implementing the visitor registration form so quickly just wouldn’t have been possible without Nintex Workflow Cloud. It made solving a business-critical problem fast and simple,” said The National Gallery Singapore’s IT Manager, Victor Kong.
The new upgrades by Nintex aims to eliminate broken, highly manual, and paper-based processes with automation and digital transformation solutions that do not require coding.
