This strategic alliance builds upon an already enduring 18+ year technology delivery relationship between Microland and Serco.
Aligned with Serco’s 2027 strategy, which seeks to accelerate innovation in business services to propel future growth and expansion, Microland is actively assisting Serco AsPac in transitioning from traditional data centers to a cloud-adopted organization. Serco AsPac has chosen Microsoft Azure as its platform for cloud and data center transformation.
As part of this ongoing collaboration with Serco AsPac, Microland will provide a range of services, including end-user device management, evergreen managed desktop services with deskside support, network and connectivity management, security tooling, and governance, risk & compliance (GRC) services. Moreover, Microland is implementing advanced toolsets to measure and enhance the Digital Employee Experience (DEX), focusing on improving employees’ interactions with technology in their daily work.
