Tanto Suratno is currently the Director of Business & Sales Telkomsigma since 2019. Previously, Tanto was served as Deputy Executive General Manager IT Development di Telkom Indonesia for 3 years. After finished his Magister Science program at University of Plymouth, UK in 1998, Tanto started to dedicate himself and made a lot of contribution at Telkom Group. Currently, He has been experienced for more than 20 years until the present.
Ms. Tan Lee Kheng holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Second Class Honours (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) from Nanyang Technological University. She has more than 20 years of experience in the Data Centre business, particularly in design and engineering, project delivery and operation in leading turnkey data centre projects implementation.
Prior to joining KDCH, Lee Kheng was an Independent Data Centre Consultant Advisor and had designed, constructed and operationalize many large scales data centre in Asia including Indonesia for several local and overseas banks.
Lloyd Lee is currently the Vice President of Sales of AIMS and APAC Regional Sales Head for OTT Division under TIME Group level.
As VP of Sales, Lloyd is responsible for developing business strategies and opportunities, create sales leads, cultivate cross sectors, building channel partners for the company to position all our services.
Lloyd has been instrumental in leading the sales team to grow new revenue and maintain double digits growth since 2009.

CS Ong is the Managing Director of Powerware Systems, the leading provider of Consultancy, Design and Build Services for Data Centres. Powerware Systems is the first Company in Malaysia to achieve and obtained Uptime Institute Tier IV Design Certification for Saudi Telecom Corporation (STC) in 2009. It was also a recipient of the SME 100 Award as a Fast Growing Company in 2010. Powerware Systems has also designed; built and obtained the first Tier III Uptime Institute Design Certified Data Centre in 2012 in Malaysia for HDC Data Centre and subsequently, designed and built several Tier III Data Centre for some of the world’s largest outsourcing companies, Malaysia’s largest financial institution and government agencies. Darren is currently the Managing Director of DCSG, a software defined data centre services company that both utilizes the latest data centre technology and our own proprietary software platform to deliver colocation and access to cloud services to major global MNC’s, including FSI’s.
As a senior business leader with 25 years experience in both global telecoms and data centre industry, and over 10 years of international experience (based in Singapore since 2012). Darren has successfully led both Regional Business Units at a P&L level and high performing global sales teams – focussed on margin and driving profit. Being used to working in global matrix organisations he has also been integral to both M&A programmes and B2B integrations, both in Europe and Asia.
He is passionate about building and leading high performing teams, working alongside great talent and giving them the space and backing to do what they are good at. Darren is at his best when faced with new challenges, love winning and sharing success. He particularly enjoys the challenge of moving a business into a new geography or a new market, determining what success looks like, setting a vision, having to show agility and implementing on how we are going to achieve it as a team.

Victor Lo is an experienced professional more than 20 years of information security and risk consulting experience in both enterprise information security solution and specialize on threat intelligence framework. Over the years, he has served businesses Across the region of the Asia South countries such as India, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Experience dealing with vertical industry primarily in South East Asia market and including Fortune 500 companies. Victor currently attach with MDEC heading the information security industry development. His key role will be driving security as catalyst for digital transformation for the nation and promote collaboration among security industry vendors and innovation for security ecosystem.
His primary role is to develop a single real-time platform that automates and facilitates Data Center management through Delta CIS’s suite of products and solutions, helping customers to improve the overall performance and life cycle of their Data Centers.
Laurensius Then joined Schneider Electric in April 2004 and is currently Business Development Manager Data Centre Lifecycle Services for Secure Power Division East Asia.
As a Business Development for Data Centre Lifecycle Services he leads the Business Development of Schneider Electric’s Data Centre Lifecycle Services in conjunction with implementation projects team, designs team and works closely with customers in an advisory role, offering strategic counsel to help them successfully implement the right technical solutions for their business.
His team provides the standards and competency in being subject matter expertise for DCLS including Design Consulting, Design Optimization, Project Management and Critical Facility Operations.
He has gained over 15 years of experience in Asia in Business Development, Technical Solutioning, and Project Management.
Laurensius Then holds a Master Degree in Business Administration in General Management, with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and he is also a Certified CDCP and CDCS holder.
Abhay joined APC by Schneider Electric in May 2014 and is currently Cluster Head, Indochina of the Data Centre Regional Application Centre International covering, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos.
Abhay heads a team that supports the delivery of the full Lifecycle of Datacentre Solutions from pre-sales, tender and execution for the whole portfolio of Schneider Electric’s products and services to ensure Schneider builds a strong capability and expertise in Datacentre Solutions. Core to the function is providing the competency in being the subject matter expert for DC Design, Consulting, Design Optimization, Pre-Sales, DC Assessments, Tendering, Project Management/Execution, Critical Facility Management/Operations and Control and Monitoring with Software Architecture and Integration of the Data Centre/ Mission Critical facility as part of the Data Centre Life Cycle Services for Indochina.
Abhay was previously Principal Solution Architect for KSA and Bahrain with Wipro Arabia Ltd. and as Site Service Specialist with IBM.
Some of the Data Centre Projects where he played a key role in design and build projects for Sadara Chemical Company and Saudi Arabian Airline in KSA, Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Vodafone in India, Stock Exchange of Thailand, Supernap in Thailand.
Bert Lim is Dell EMC’s Systems Consultant who focuses on next generation services such as Big Data, SDx, IOT amongst others. Combined with his experiences gained over the last 15 years in operations, solutions design, engineering and management, he helps Dell EMC’s customers in their transformation journey to ensure they are future ready.

Dato’ Ng Wan Peng is the COO of Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC). MDEC is a government-owned agency to pioneer the transformation of Malaysia’s digital economy, responsible for the development, coordination, and promotion of Malaysia’s digital economy, information and communications technology (ICT) industry, and the extensive use of ICT in Malaysia.
Dato’ Ng Wan Peng is no stranger to anyone involved in the ICT business in Malaysia. After graduating from Universiti Sains Malaysia in the nineties, she joined SAPURA as a systems engineer where she moved up the ranks as project manager, program manager before leaving to join MDEC (previously known as Multimedia Development Corporation) in 1999. Srini is a community technology leader who has a total of 12 years experience. 8 of which he has spent with the leading Virtualisation company, VMware. He has been a customer advocate to build technology roadmaps which address all business goals. He has been responsible for building the Private Cloud Strategy for some of the leading Telecommunication and Financial institutions in the region. He is currently working as the Head of Cloud Services for a leading bank in SEA, he is on a mission to invade the “Cloud”.

He is experienced from(1) Searching the right portfolio for the right needs, (2) Build it with the right CAPEX and (3) Operate it with the most optimum OPEX.
Edwin is the Country General Manager of Bridge Data Centres Malaysia.
As a seasoned IT professional, Edwin brings with him over 23 years’ experience in wide range of IT strategy and business transformation engagements, data centre design and build, solution strategy, enterprise system and infrastructure implementations and many more.
He began his career as a System Engineer with Western Digital. He later progressed to be a Practice Manager (SEA) and Managing Consultant (APJ) with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise where he was attached to the Strategic IT Advisory Services, Technology Services business unit. Prior to that, he spent 4 years with Accenture, a global consulting firm where he led the IT Strategy and Transformation (ITS&T) Malaysia practice and performed various IT consulting and project delivery work in the SEA, APJ and Europe region.
Before joining Bridge Data Centres, Edwin was the General Manager of Telekom Malaysia, responsible for strategic business program planning and execution, solution innovation, project implementation, leading a multi-year business transformation program and overseeing its data centre and cloud business.
Edwin is a frequent contributor on topics like digital transformation, technology innovation, hybrid cloud computing, data centre facilities and infrastructure, converged systems and service management. He is also an active advocate of promoting Malaysia as a Regional Data Centre Hub, and previously served as the capacity Deputy Chairman for Malaysian Data Centre Alliance (MDCA). He is also an Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS) and certified ISO/IEC 20000 internal auditor and consultant.
Edwin received his education from RMIT University, Melbourne Australia and he attended Cranfield University, UK Strategic Leadership and Innovation Master Class back in 2014.
Mervyn is currently the Regional Sales Director for Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia at Fluke Networks. Mervyn has been in the Test and Measurement industry for over 20 years, starting at Fluke in 1993 as a Sales Engineer. He was a pioneer of Fluke Networks and was instrumental in setting up the whole business ecosystem for South East Asia region. Mervyn had been a key committee member of the Singapore Worldskills Competition and BICSI South East Asia for several years.
Brynner Chiam graduated from Massey University, New Zealand with a Bachelor of Business Studies Degree, majoring in Accountancy.
Prior to joining Axcelasia Taxand, Brynner has had extensive experience in taxation with a tax practice of an international accounting firm in Singapore and has been involved in tax compliance and advisory engagements for multinationals and local companies in a broad range of industries in both Singapore and Malaysia. Brynner is one of the key members of the Axcelasia Taxand GST team and he has been extensively involved in GST implementation and other GST advisory projects for clients in various industries such as logistics, ecommerce, consultancy, property development, healthcare, manufacturing, etc. He also has significant experience dealing with the Royal Malaysian Customs Department and the Ministry of Finance in the course of assisting clients to obtain GST rulings, clarifications on technical issues as well as refund matters.

Based in Singapore, Liang holds CDCE accreditation and has a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.

Prior to joining Facebook he was a Director of Public and Regulatory Affairs for the telecommunications company Telenor Group. He has previously also been a consultant to the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a Research Associate at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

Woon Lee started her career at Singtel in 1997. Prior to joining Epsilon, she held senior management roles at Vodafone Global Enterprise and Tata Communications.
Wong Tew Kiat has more than 30 years of experience and is equipped with excellent knowledge in Data Centre Infrastructure & Operations Management, Business Continuity Management (BCM) in planning for Pandemic Preparedness Planning, Crisis Response Management, Incident Response, IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Management, Emergency Management and Data Centre Risk and Health Check Management.
He has managed the Data Centre Infrastructure & Operations Management of a 100,000sqft Data Centre space for the 30 years.
He is currently appointed as the President for the Data Centre Special Interest Group (DC SIG) by the Singapore Computer Society with objective as a national platform for Data Centre professionals to network and sharing of research and innovative ideas to meet the changing trends of the Data Centre landscapes.
He is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) since 1997, a Certification by the Disaster Recovery Institute International (USA) and member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI, UK) since 2005. He is also a Certified IT Project Manager, Senior (CITPM), Certified Outsourcing IT Manager, Senior (COMIT) and Certified IT BCM Manager, Senior (CITBCM) by the Singapore Computer Society (SCS), Singapore. He was the President for the Business Continuity Group, an industry chapter in SCS from 2005 – 2008 and 2010 – 2011. In addition, he chaired the CITBCM Resource Panel to develop the Body of Knowledge for the CITBCM. He currently chairs the CITBCM Board of Assessors.
With his passion for business continuity, he has been actively involved in the industry to promote BCM and ITDR. He has contributed to the industry’s BCM Standards and Guidelines: TR19 BCM Guidelines, SS540 BCM Standards, ISO22301 BCM Standards and SS507 certification for DR/BC service providers. He is also invited as a distinguished speaker for many BCM and DR related conferences and seminars since 2003 in Singapore, China, Taiwan and Philippines. In addition, he is also an established BCM consultant to China BCM through special invitations and has conducted BCM and ITDR courses in both China and Taiwan in Mandarin.
He has been actively engaged in providing BCM consultancy, DC risk & resiliency workshops for the Ministries, government agencies and SMBs. TY YUEN has over 20 years of experience in design, consultation and project management in mechanical & electrical field for critical data centre, call centre, shared service centre, high tech IT office and emergency power supply application. His main responsibilities are design, consultation and project management throughout the entire project as a Data Centre Design & Build Specialist.
Wan Murdani Mohamad started a career with Time dotCom in 1995 as a Telecommunication Engineer, primarily involved in the network planning, design, business development and project management for metropolitan area network, as well as national and international telecommunication network.
He then joined Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation in 2001, first attached to Regulations Department. He is currently part of the Senior Leadership Team of MDEC, as a Director of Enabling Ecosystem Division since 2013, primarily overseeing formulation, recommendation and implementation of divisional business strategies and initiatives to support MDEC’s strategic thrusts in championing digital economy. His responsibility includes driving, advocating and facilitating the progression of digital enablers and catalytic investments in the identified focus areas that includes data centre, cloud, cybersecurity and digital government eco-systems and developing competitive broadband eco-system for MSC Malaysia.
Wan Murdani was nominated and elected by the country members of Asia Pacific Telecommunity (APT), a joint initiative by United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), to represent the Government of Malaysia, under the then Ministry of Energy, Communications and Multimedia, as a Chairman of Study Group for two terms from 2002 to 2007, where he successfully led the multi-countries dialogues and deliberations on ICT users adoption.
He graduated with Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Missouri-Rolla, USA in 1994 and also holds Master of Business Administration (Management). He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia.

Chris Ow Yong, has been involved in Data Centre industry since 2001: from design, development, construction, maintenance, operations to sales and marketing of Data Centre infrastructure and supporting services.
Chris was the Project Manager in the construction of CSF Computer Exchange, and later on in the sales and marketing, and daily operation and management of the facility. He was the key facilitator in securing tenancy for CSF before leaving in 2009.
Presently, Chris leads the business development and delivery for C2 Consult as a Design Consultant in Greenfield Data Centre developments in Malaysia.
Some of Chris’ professional accreditation includes those by Uptime Institute, TIA-942 (Telecommunications Industry Association) and was a founding member of Malaysia’s Data Centre Program for Economic Transformation Programme.
Kim Yong based in UEC’s Asia Pacific regional office in Singapore, and is responsible for increasing sales of the STARLINE brand across Southeast Asia. His main role is to contribute toward one of the company’s overall goals of further establishing its international presence and continuously strengthening its level of service across all parts of the world.
Kim Yong has an extensive range of relevant industry experience including nearly 10 years of successfully driving solution sales and performing the role of configuration team engineer in both Eaton and APC Schneider respectively.
