Joined Lippo Group in 2000 and worked with several companies within the group such as Lippo ENet, Lippo Bank, AIG Lippo, Star Pacific and Siloam Hospitals with the last position as VP.

Involved in various projects within the group. In 2017 joined KEB Hana Bank Indonesia as SVP IT Project Management, focusing on IT Project Management and lead the IT and other
stakeholders on various projects. Currently working on several important projects including Digital Banking Project. Obtained the license for CFP (Certified Financial
Planner) in 2017. A Member of Indonesian Chambers of Commerce (KADIN) and Indonesia CIO Community.

Jae serves as VP of Engineering at Quincus. Quincus focuses on the most complex problems in logistics. Its data intelligence platform with its Enterprise API’s allows ground providers, port operators and airlines to maintain visibility over its logistics inflows and outflows. Prior, Jae has built successful teams and provided digital solutions for businesses across APAC and North America in various industries. In addition, he also contributes to the global startup ecosystem through advisory and mentorship roles at Action Community for Entrepreneurship based in Singapore, D.CAMP (South Korean government backed program), KOTRA K-Startup, TechRanch Austin (Texas based accelerator), Rakuten Rapid API, TechStars Startup Weekend and institutions including National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University.

In 2017 Axel got appointed to Chief Technology Officer for Central Group, with the mandate to create a new technology team and build OMNI Channel, eCommerce, Data Analytics, and CRM tools across Thailand, Vietnam, and Italy.

Nelson Tan

Director of InfoComm Infrastructure | Nanyang Technological University

Nelson Tan is the Director of InfoComm Infrastructure at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). He had headed various functions over the span of his career, such as Infrastructure, End User Technology, Application Offshore Development, Service Management, Security, and driving application adoption of cloud technologies towards IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science (Computer and Information Sciences), and Master of Business Administration.

At NTU, Nelson is responsible for university wide IT infrastructure, High-Performance Computing facilities and the management of IT teams responsible for Line of Business applications development and support.

Prior to joining NTU, Nelson headed the Core Infrastructure and Operations team in GIC. Nelson was responsible for driving the cloud strategy, providing thought and technical leadership in Cloud to both infrastructure as well as application teams in the development of cloud ready and cloud native systems, and engaging business owners on the cost-benefit of Cloud adoption.

In PSA, Nelson was heading various functions, such as Security, Project and Service Management, Application Offshore Development, Systems, Network, Database, where he was responsible for technology modernization to support massive automated terminal operations, and new port terminals as part of business capacity growth. With the backdrop of tighter cybersecurity protection of Singapore’s Critical Infrastructure, Nelson was also responsible for the IT Security of the firm, where he formalized and championed a 2-year Security Master Plan that significantly improved the cybersecurity detection, prevention and recovery capabilities.
