Digital Edge, one of Asia’s fastest-growing digital infrastructure providers, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Zenlayer, a massively distributed edge cloud service provider, to work together to offer high-performance edge cloud services to East and Southeast Asia.
A one-stop digital hub for numerous edge services will be provided by the collaboration to local cloud and service providers, enabling them to access global interconnectivity, lower costs, and enhance application performance.
By constructing and running cutting-edge, energy-efficient data centers with a variety of connectivity choices, Digital Edge is dedicated to closing the digital divide in Asia. By offering its customers new cloud and interconnection alternatives like bare metal cloud, cloud on-ramp, and multi-cloud access, the collaboration with Zenlayer will boost Digital Edge’s position in the quickly expanding cloud ecosystem.
The network and cloud infrastructure of Zenlayer is a perfect match for Digital Edge’s expanding geographic reach. In 2023, more data center space will be available in Jakarta, Manila, and Osaka, putting Digital Edge in a good position to support future growth of cloud ecosystems in these locations.

As part of this partnership, Zenlayer will construct new edge nodes using Digital Edge’s first-rate data center infrastructure; customers of Digital Edge will be able to connect to Zenlayer’s high-speed global network backbone and reliably and securely access users and services anywhere in the world.
