PT DCI Indonesia Tbk (DCII) has secured a credit facility valued at IDR 17 trillion (US$976 million ) from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) to accelerate its data center expansion in Indonesia, according to its exchange filing recently.
“The facility will be used to fund the company’s capital expenditure requirements for the construction and completion of data centre facilities, as well as to meet customer demand for contracted capacity,” it said in the filing.
As security for the loan, DCII has pledged assets including land and buildings, all data centre machinery and equipment—both existing and to be acquired, insurance claim receivables, as well as its current accounts.
DCII is accelerating capacity expansion across Indonesia. Last month, the firm inaugurated its first data center in eastern Indonesia, E2 Surabaya. It is expected to start operations in 1H 2026.
DCII is one of Indonesia’s largest data center operators with footprint across Jakarta, Cibitung, Karawang and Surabaya.
