US digital infrastructure firm SDC Capital Partners is planning to list a real estate investment trust (REIT) in Singapore that could raise about US$ 1 billion, according to Bloomberg citing people familiar with the matter. The IPO coud list next year amid ongoing talks with advisers, the people added.
Details such as size and time may change as well. SDC declined to comment.
Last year NTT DC REIT, backed by Japan’s NTT, raised US$ 773 million in what was Singapore’s biggest IPO in eight years. Blackstone-backed data centre operator AirTrunk is also said to be planning a REIT IPO that could raise about US$1.5 billion, as per reports.
