The CapitaLandIndia Data Centre team begins construction on the CapitaLand Data Centre Navi Mumbai 1 site. The 90-megawatt data center, spread across 6.6 acres in Navi Mumbai, is close to India’s business and financial hub, as well as the regional location for major hyperscalers. The data center will have environmentally friendly features like high-efficiency chillers and water conservation, intelligent energy and infrastructure management, and solar panels.

The company is currently developing four data centers with a combined power capacity of more than 200 MW, one each in Navi Mumbai and Chennai, and two in our International Tech Parks in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
