BGIS has acquired AREA3, a niche provider of strategic advisory, development consulting, project management and project delivery services to a range of national and international clients across the public and private sectors.
AREA3’s team is located in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane and is known for specialist capabilities and experience with data centre projects from concept to delivery. The broad scope of projects spans across many sectors including commercial and residential, industrial, infrastructure, data centres, telecommunications, education, health, defence and transportation.
BGIS is a global leader in the provision of facility management, project delivery, energy and sustainability, asset management, workplace advisory and real estate services. It manages over 30,000 facilities totalling more than 31.5 million square metres across several markets.
