As per official sources, SDC is a critical information infrastructure (CII) that would provide many functions for the success of IT and e-Governance in the state. Some of the key functions are the central repository of the state, secure data storage, online delivery of services, citizen information, services portal, state intranet portal, disaster recovery, remote management, and service integration.
The State Data Centre will empower the state with advanced capabilities, paving the way for greater transparency, efficiency, and innovation in various sectors.
