Anant Raj Limited, an Indian real estate and infrastructure developer, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Government of Haryana and Orange Business Services Singapore to promote the state as a global hub for data center, sovereign cloud, and AI infrastructure.

The agreement was disclosed alongside Anant Raj’s financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The MOU was signed by subsidiary Anant Raj Cloud Singapore. Under the agreement, the subsidiary will market Haryana-based cloud services globally and import and host data in the state. Orange Business Services Singapore will work as a technology partner, setting up data centers and marketing Anant Raj’s cloud services directly and through affiliates.

The Indian firm also announced that it expects to achieve an aggregate IT load capacity of 63 MW by the end of the 2026-2027 financial year, growing to as much as 357 MW by 2031-2032. The company’s two data centers currently have a combined capacity of 28 MW.

The expansion of the Ashok Cloud brand at Manesar and Panchkula is “progressing as scheduled,” the company said, adding that it is on track to begin AI enabled services in the current financial year.

Anant Raj has also said that its move to carve out its data center and cloud operations into a separate entity known as Ashok Cloud Private Limited is progressing having completed the requisite formalities. The company has received no objections from its banks and expects to receive the No Objection Letters/Observation Letters from India’s stock exchanges and the Securities and Exchange Board of India shortly. Upon receipt of the approvals, the company will file the First Motion Application with the National Company Law Tribunal.

“By bringing together the data centre and cloud services operations currently housed across Anant Raj Ltd and Anant Raj Cloud Pvt Ltd under one roof, we are creating a more focused and scalable platform that will be well positioned to attract investments, pursue strategic partnerships, and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the digital infrastructure sector,” Amit Sarin, Anant Raj Managing Director, said in July as reported by w.media.

For the quarter, Anant Raj reported consolidated revenue of Rs 661.53 crore (US$ 69.46 million), a 4.9 percent increase year.
