Thailand’s largest insurance company AIA has announced a partnership with US-based cloud solutions provider Vymo, accelerating AIA’s sales productivity and efficiency in the country.

AIA Thailand will utilise Vymo’s Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform to upgrade its business operations. The platform will allow the company’s Business Development team to closely monitor the health of its business partners in real-time.

“We are thrilled to partner with AIA in Thailand and are committed to set new benchmarks of sales productivity in the region, said Anurag Srivastava, General Manager for Vymo in Asia Pacific and Japan.

Approximately one out of three insurance policies in Thailand are written by AIA.

“Our partnership with the largest insurer of Thailand further validates our efforts to provide the best sales solutions to our customers,” said Mr. Srivastava.

With Vymo’s PRM, AIA’s leadership team will have daily end-to-end visibility and a deeper understanding of key business metrics and partner health, significantly improving the quality of partner engagements with over 300 Business Development Executives across Thailand.

“Vymo was able to prove, through other interactions with AIA and testimonials, that the company is physically and morally capable of doing an efficient job,” said Darren Thomson, the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at AIA Thailand.

Vymo has witnessed rapid growth across the Asia Pacific region. In 2019, Vymo was deployed by Tata AIA Life in India, a joint venture by Tata Sons Ltd. and AIA, to improve partner network health and brand coverage.
