Singapore-founded AI Cloud firm, Aolani, yesterday announced it has signed a compute collaboration with Nvidia to expand AI Factory infrastructure across Southeast Asia. The collaboration will bring its total AI factory capacity to more than 100 megawatts (MW) with 22,000 GPUs expected to be deployed across two AI factories in Malaysia and the Philippines by early 2027, giving a total deployment of over 48,000 GPUs.
This move will also unlock more financing and democratise access to AI compute in Asia for global AI natives, sovereigns, local enterprises and SMEs.
Aolani, which is an NVIDIA Cloud Partner since 2023, will be deploying NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs using a revenue-sharing and credit-support model, according to its press release.
