NANO Nuclear and Tillman Global Holdings plan potential multi-GW nuclear deployment

NANO Nuclear Energy, a technology-driven nuclear energy company, has signed a non-binding Strategic Commercial Framework with Tillman Global Holdings, a private investment firm, and its data-center platform, Tillman Digital Gateway, to evaluate deploying NANO Nuclear’s KRONOS MMR Energy Systems at planned AI industrial zones in the United States.

According to a press release, the framework identifies NANO Nuclear as Tillman’s anticipated preferred nuclear technology provider and covers site evaluation, licensing, development planning, customer engagement and project deployment. The companies are also considering opportunities in selected international markets and are targeting 2 GW of advanced nuclear capacity by the mid-2030s, and 6 GW by 2040. The targets depend on definitive agreements, customer commitments, financing, regulatory approvals and other project requirements.

Tillman is developing a multi-state pipeline of AI industrial zones designed to support hyperscale and AI customers with gigawatt-scale power needs. The company plans to accommodate multiple generation sources and potentially integrate nuclear power as a medium- and long-term source of baseload electricity.

NANO Nuclear is developing the 15 MW KRONOS MMR under a proposed framework where Tillman or its affiliates could finance, develop, and own power infrastructure, while NANO Nuclear supplies reactors, fuel, and operational support. The framework includes US$ 100 million in warrants and a potential US$ 5 million restricted stock grant for Tillman, while NANO Nuclear could receive equity participation rights in certain future project entities. 

The non-binding framework remains subject to definitive, project-specific agreements, with NANO Nuclear advised by EAS Advisors LLC through Odeon Capital Group LLC.
