Cloverleaf Infrastructure LLC (Cloverleaf), a real estate developer, has entered into a strategic partnership with NVIDIA that includes a minority investment in the infrastructure developer. The partnership is aimed at supporting the development of AI factories in the United States and Cloverleaf’s work with customers and utility partners, as demand for accelerated computing grows. NVIDIA will work with the company on infrastructure needed to develop AI factories.
According to a press release, Cloverleaf customers will have access to NVIDIA across areas including accelerated computing, high-performance networking, infrastructure and platform software, and NVIDIA DSX, under the partnership. The platform is intended to help customers weigh infrastructure tradeoffs within power, water and grid constraints. After facilities become operational, NVIDIA DSX infrastructure and software will be used to manage energy consumption and computing capacity.

Cloverleaf plans to use NVIDIA’s DSX™ Platform during the design process to assess site, power, cooling, computing and facility requirements together. Access to sites with power and other infrastructure already in place is becoming increasingly important as computing demand rises.
