MN Holdings Berhad, a Malaysian infrastructure and engineering specialist, has recently been awarded four contracts with a combined value of US$ 30.28 million (RM122.7 million) for the supply and installation of substation equipment for data centre projects in Central and Southern Peninsular Malaysia, according to the firm’s Bursa filing. The awarding company is a US-based specialist in the construction of engineering projects. Its name is undisclosed due to a non-disclosure clause in the agreement.
Under the agreement, MN Holdings will supply and install power transformers and related equipment for multiple data centers beginning January 2026 with completion expected by June 2027.
“These contracts reflect continued demand for reliable and high-capacity power infrastructure to support data centre developments. The awards further strengthen our order book and reinforce MN Holdings’ position in the data centre segment, where power reliability and execution capability are critical. With our experience in substation engineering and power systems, we are well-positioned to support the growing requirements of data centre operators across Malaysia,” Dato’ Clement Toh, the Managing Director of MN Holdings said.
